From Colombia to Peru, via Amazon
Well actually I have been in Peru for a few days now, but I was experiencing the wildness of the Amazon Jungle and easy to understand that I got no connection for few days.. and let me tell you that: I loved it!
I really love all the social networking and to keep in touch with family, friends and my followers.. but I am also into one of my best experience ever and sometimes to disconnect from everything and everyone whilst traveling is the best 🙂
But here I am now, back at least for few days as I am in Lima, where is easier to connect and most of all where I have more time to connect, lol.
My almost 4 months in Colombia were amazing, I really love this country and I will miss it a lot, most of all all the people I’ve met over there and my dearest friend Marcela.. but this is part of the game, and the show must go on. For now, it’s time to get to know Peru and its people and wonderful culture, and so far so good. I’ve spent few days in the Amazon and the whole experience was one in a kind: the wildness, the deep vegetation, the differences in food and activity was so fascinating that I actually could have stayed longer if it wasn’t for the time that now is actually going so fast. Was not expecting to stop in Colombia for such long time, although I would have loved to stay even longer, so now I might want to speed up a little.. as definitely the 6 months project will last longer 🙂 (Mum… do you hear that????)
So, yes I’ve loved the jungle but it was time for me to get back to the city and discover Lima, the capital of Peru which counts around 10 million inhabitants. I am not sure how long I will stay tough, you should know by knowing that I keep changing the plan quite frequently: for once in my life I’ve started to go with the flow and follow the signals I’ve to get fro the surrounding and fro the people I’ve met, super!

Just a few bureaucratic things to sort out today and off to some pure sightseeing in the evening probably, and definitely some serious city walk tomorrow.Â
So if you have any good tips or info about Lima or suggestion, please let me know as soon as you can, same for the rest of Peru as I will shortly leave Lima for other Peruvian gorgeous destinations.
thanks and stay tuned
